Telecare/Telehealth

Rest Assured® offers a variety of telecare/telehealth supports that address a broad spectrum of client needs.

Active support services offer continuous oversight for individuals needing constant support. 

Drop-in support services provide assistance at scheduled intervals or certain times during the day, such as when an individual is scheduled to take medication.

Emergency watch services ensure a speedy response to emergency situations detected by Rest Assured® sensors in the home.

Third party access / family support services connect authorized users with clients via a password-protected website.

Personal emergency response services (PERS) allow clients to summon help just by pushing a button.

Health management / telehealth services, currently under development, will add remote healthcare capabilities to the Rest Assured® system.

Medication management is facilitated by an automated dispenser that helps prevent errors in administering medication.
