Third Party Access

By installing our Rest Assured® system in the home or the workplace of a client’s family member, loved one, or provider agency, we can also provide Third Party Support Access. This will enable instant visual and two-way audio communication with the client’s home. This service makes it easier for third parties to stay in touch with the client and/or on-site staff. From any PC connected to the Internet, a third party can see what’s happening in the client’s home, talk to the client or on-site staff, and see any alerts activated by sensors in the home.
