Installation and maintenance

You don’t need technical expertise to use the Rest Assured® system.   A Rest Assured® technician establishes the system requirements, assembles, tests, and ships all components.  A Rest Assured® technician unpacks, sets up, tests, and ensures that each installation is operational.  Each installation is warranted by Rest Assured® for one year. Individual component manufacturers’ warranties apply and on-site service charges may apply, see our service contract for details.

Rest Assured® provides real-time virtual support of the system’s integrity by regularly testing each virtual support device and camera.  If there is a system or component failure, a technician is notified and repair or replacement is scheduled.  Authorization for non-warranted repairs is required before a repair technician is dispatched.  You are promptly notified of any system or component failure that could affect the safety and security of the person receiving services.

Bi-annual maintenance of all locally installed hardware, operating systems, and software is a required component of the standard service contract and applicable fees apply.
