Support Team Involvement

The client’s support team is involved from the very beginning of the process, starting with a team meeting to discuss the appropriateness of Rest Assured® for that individual. The support team fills out the detailed client-specific protocol forms that inform our Rest Assured® Tele-Caregivers of each client’s specific needs. 

After the Rest Assured® system has been installed, the support team and Rest Assured® staff work together to meet the individual’s needs, developing a partnership and communicating frequently. All of the reports and documentation from the Rest Assured® Tele-Caregivers is available to the support team on a secure and password-protected website or can be emailed to the team upon request.
