
Rest Assured® provides real-time virtual support of the system’s integrity by regularly testing each virtual support device and camera. If there is a system or component failure, a technician is notified and repair or replacement is scheduled. For repairs not covered by warranty, we require authorization before dispatching a repair technician.
Rest Assured® provides prompt notification of any system or component failure that could affect the safety and security of the person receiving services. Bi-annual maintenance of all locally installed hardware, operating systems, and software is a required component of the standard service contract and applicable fees apply.
