Jeff Darling, President
Jeffrey Darling, president of Rest Assured, LLC®, has worked as an administrator of health related services for the past 28 years. Recognizing the need for a less intrusive, more efficient method of delivering home based services to those with special needs, Jeff conceptualized the patented method associated with Rest Assured®. His innovative approach to provision of services led to his receipt of the Outstanding Professional Achievement Award by the National Conference of Executives of The Arc in 2005.
Jeff believes that every person should be afforded the dignity of living as independently as possible in their own home or apartment. Home services should be delivered towards that end.
Jeff also serves as the president of Wabash Center, a CARF accredited not-for-profit community rehabilitation program in Lafayette, Indiana. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Northeastern Illinois University, a Master of Arts degree from the School of Social Service Administration, University of Chicago and a Master of Business Administration degree from the School of Business, Indiana Wesleyan University. In addition, his credentials include certification by the Academy of Certified Social Workers, plus licensure as a Certified Clinical Social Worker and Comprehensive Health Facility Administrator.
Jeff has served as the president of the Indiana Conference of Executives of The Arc and as a member of the Workforce Investment Board. He is also a member of long standing in the American Association on Mental Retardation, and the Lafayette Rotary Club, where he served on the board of directors. He is a past member of the State of Indiana Community Residential Facilities Council and Lafayette Indiana Human Relations Commission.
Jeff resides in Lafayette, Indiana with his wife JoAnn and his two daughters.
