Michael Reibel, Chief Business Services Officer

Michael Reibel is Chief Business Services Officer for ResCare, Inc. and a key liaison between the company and Rest Assured^®.

Michael joined ResCare in 1993, as Controller for the Division for Persons with Disabilities and subsequently worked in a variety of finance and accounting roles.  In March 2002, he was named Vice President Planning and Analysis where his focus shifted to supporting operations management.
 
In April 2006, he was named Senior Vice President Support Services further expanding his role in supporting the day to day operations of the Group.  Support Services includes Planning and Analysis, Purchasing, Fleet Services, Property Management, Quality Assurance and oversight Support Services’ developing Business Units.  It is in this role that he directly supports Rest Assured^® .  In August of 2008 he was promoted to Chief Business Services Officer for ResCare.

Before joining ResCare, Michael, a Certified Public Accountant, worked for the public accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick as an audit manager serving clients in the manufacturing, health care and public utility industries.   He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Bellarmine College, Louisville, Kentucky.
