Equipment Requirements
Rest Assured® can provide remote virtual support and response services to any residential location in the continental United States that has access to broadband services (DSL, digital cable, etc.]. Current estimates are that 88% of all residential homes in the U.S. have access to broadband technology.
The hardware required for each installation varies based on the needs of the client. No technical expertise is required on the part of contracting agencies, providers or clients. System requirements are established by a Rest Assured® Technician. Rest Assured® assembles, tests and ships all required components including the computer, networking equipment, virtual support device(s), screen, keyboard/mouse, connectors, mounting device(s) and storage cabinet for one low package price. Rest Assured® technicians unpack, set up, test and certify as operational each installation.
